FAQ
About the product
Does it really let you walk on water?
Not quite — and that is a good thing. Your feet stay strapped to the platforms while two rear motors glide you smoothly across the water. It is steadier and easier than walking.
Is it hard to ride?
Most people find their balance within a few tries. Start in Beginner mode on calm water with a friend nearby and you will be gliding in minutes.
How fast does it go?
It is designed for a relaxed cruising pace, not racing. Actual speed depends on rider weight, water conditions and the speed mode you choose.
How long does the battery last?
Designed for up to around 25 minutes of typical riding per charge. Real ride time varies with rider weight, water, temperature and mode. Both batteries charge together with the included dual charger.
Do I need a life vest?
Yes. Always wear a properly fitted, activity-appropriate life vest, and you must know how to swim. Ride on calm, protected water with someone nearby. See our Safety & Proper Use page.
Where can I use it?
Designed for calm lakes, protected coves and flat water. Not for rough seas, strong currents or fast rivers. Rinse with fresh water and dry fully after use.
