These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from SplashRider. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We work to describe our products accurately. Performance figures such as ride time and speed are design targets, not guarantees, and real-world results vary with rider weight, water conditions, temperature and the speed mode selected. Product images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our supported payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

3. Orders and delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns

Returns and warranty claims are handled as described on our Returns & Warranty page, which forms part of these terms.

5. Assumption of risk

SplashRider is a powered recreational water device used at your own risk. Water sports carry an inherent risk of injury or death. By purchasing and using this product you accept that risk, and you agree to follow the instructions in the product manual and on our Safety & Proper Use page, to wear an appropriate life vest, to ride only on calm and protected water, and to comply with the laws and local regulations that apply where you ride.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically fit to use the product and whether its use is permitted at your chosen location.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SplashRider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and the SplashRider name, is owned by SplashRider or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
