How It Works
SplashRider is two inflatable powered platforms — one for each foot. Twin rear motors push you across calm water while a wireless thumb remote controls your speed. The remote controls the speed. Your feet choose the direction.
Three steps to your first glide
1. Inflate & secure
Pump up both platforms with the included hand pump, drop in the batteries, and strap in your feet. Setup takes a couple of minutes at the dock — no trailer, no ramp, no crew.
2. Press & glide
Put the remote on your wrist and press the thumb throttle. The twin sealed rear motors push you forward. Release the throttle and the motors stop; they also stop if the remote loses signal.
3. Lean & turn
Point your feet where you want to go and lean gently. That is your steering. Most people find their balance within a few tries.
The remote
A small, waterproof wireless remote sits in your hand with a wrist strap. Three speed modes — Beginner, Cruise and Sport. Start in Beginner mode until you are confident.
What it is not
SplashRider does not let you walk on water — your feet stay strapped to the platforms. It is not a jet ski and not a professional eFoil. It is designed for a relaxed cruising pace on calm, protected water.
Before you ride
Always wear a properly fitted, activity-appropriate life vest, and you must know how to swim. Ride on calm lakes, protected coves and flat water with someone nearby. Please read our Safety & Proper Use page before your first ride.
