Where we ship

SplashRider ships to the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. All prices on this site are shown in US dollars (USD).

Shipping cost

A flat shipping rate applies to a single set. Shipping is free when you order two or more sets. Your exact rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are typically delivered in 5-8 business days. During peak season it can take a little longer — if your order is going to be delayed, we will email you rather than leave you guessing.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at info@splashrider.store as soon as possible and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
