Returns & Warranty

30-day returns

If SplashRider is not for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of products that have been used in water.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@splashrider.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the product back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email info@splashrider.store within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

12-month limited warranty

Every SplashRider is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in the platforms, motor modules, batteries and remote.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scuffs, scratches or fading
  • Damage from misuse, collision, or use outside the conditions described on our Safety & Proper Use page
  • Use in rough seas, strong currents or fast-moving rivers
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repair, modification or disassembly
  • Damage from charging with a charger other than the one supplied, or charging while wet
